What types of products do you sell?
We sell made-to-order items, vintage one-of-one pieces, and new ready-to-ship goods.
Do you accept returns?
Only for items manufacturing defects. No buyer’s remorse.
What if my vintage item breaks after delivery?
For vintage items, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. Vintage pieces are one-of-one and irreplaceable. Once tracking shows “Delivered,” the item is no longer our responsibility, and CASAGATOS is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
What proof do you need for damage claims?
Multiple photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Can damage claims be denied?
Yes. Claims showing intentional damage, misuse, or fraud will be denied.
Are candles refundable?
Only if damaged in transit or defective before use.
