Returns & Damages
Because many CasaGatos pieces are made-to-order or released in limited batches, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing selection, or preference changes.
We offer replacements or remedies only for items that:
• Arrive damaged during transit
• Have a verified manufacturing defect
Vintage Items
Vintage pieces are one-of-one and sold as described. Natural wear consistent with age is not considered damage.
Gift Cards
CASAGATOS gift cards are delivered digitally and do not require shipping. Once purchased, gift cards are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If there is an issue with your gift card delivery or balance, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Submitting a Claim
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include clear photo documentation of the item and packaging.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund. In many cases, a return is not required.

CasaGatos offers both in-stock and made-to-order pieces.
Processing Times
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items require 2–7 business days for production before shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days after shipment.
International delivery times vary by destination.
If your order contains multiple items fulfilled from different locations, they may ship separately. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
