Returns & Refunds

We keep things simple.

Because many of our pieces are made to order or one of a kind, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges for things like sizing mistakes, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Made-to-Order Items

Each made-to-order piece is created just for you after your order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of:

  • the item
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

Once reviewed, we’ll help with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Vintage Items

All vintage pieces are final sale.

These are one-of-a-kind finds and may include natural signs of age and character, which we believe adds to their charm.

Once marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Return Shipping

For approved return cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer free returns.
