How Your CasaGatos Piece Comes to Life

At CASAGATOS, many of our pieces are made especially for you after your order is placed.

Instead of filling warehouses with piles of clothing, we prefer a more thoughtful approach. When you place an order, your piece enters our little world of makers where it’s created intentionally — helping us reduce waste while offering more designs for fellow cat-obsessed humans.

Once your order arrives, our production team (and a few very curious supervising cats) get to work printing, stitching, and preparing your item with care.

Production usually takes about 1–3 business days.

When everything looks just right, your piece is carefully packaged and sent on its journey to you.

Most domestic orders arrive in about 8–10 days after production, depending on location and the shipping carrier. International deliveries may take a bit longer depending on destination.

If your order includes a mix of made-to-order pieces and ready-to-ship items, they may travel separately before meeting up at your doorstep.

As soon as your item ships, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey home.

Because these pieces are created specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled once production begins, and delivery timelines are estimates.
