From production to delivery, most orders arrive within approximately 2–3 weeks depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders containing multiple items or pieces fulfilled from different production locations may ship separately. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or seasonal volume.

Return Policy
Because many CASAGATOS pieces are made-to-order or produced in limited runs, we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include photo documentation.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund. In some cases, a return may not be required.
